تتبنى الكلية التقنية الشطرة رسالة طموحة لتحقيق أهدافها من خلال إعداد خريجين أكفاء يتمتعون بالمهارات والمعلومات في تقنيات المختبرات الطبية وادارتها وتشغيلها ,كذلك تطوير مهارات الطلبة ومعارفهم في علوم زراعة الانسجة والنباتات الطبية وتحسين الانتاج الزراعي بشكل عام ,والتي تؤهلهم للعمل في مؤسسات الدولة الخدمية والبحثية وخدمة قضايا المجتمع ,كما تسعى الكلية الى مواكبة اخر المستجدات في المناهج الدراسية والاساليب التعليمية والتوجهات البحثية لميادين العلوم التطبيقية المختلفة
Mission:
Shatra Technical College is committed to an ambitious mission of achieving its educational and societal objectives by preparing highly qualified graduates equipped with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required in the fields of Medical Laboratory Technologies, including laboratory management and operation. The College is equally dedicated to advancing students’ expertise in Tissue Culture and Medicinal Plants Technologies, with the aim of supporting agricultural development and improving overall agricultural productivity.
The College strives to prepare graduates capable of serving effectively in government service institutions, research centers, and other sectors that contribute to addressing community needs. In addition, it is committed to keeping pace with the latest developments in academic curricula, modern teaching and learning methodologies, and emerging research trends across the various fields of applied sciences, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical education that meets both national priorities and international standards.
