الأهداف:
تتبنى الكلية التقنية الشطرة رسالة طموحة لتحقيق أهدافها من خلال إعداد خريجين أكفاء يتمتعون بالمهارات والمعلومات في تخصصاتهم المختلفة، والتي تؤهلهم للعمل في مؤسسات الدولة الخدمية والتعليمية والبحثية وخدمة قضايا المجتمع، ويمكن تلخيص أهداف الكلية في النقاط التالية:
- تزويد الطلبة بالمعلومات الأساسية لتخصصاتهم.
- زيادة أفق الطلبة في ميادين العلوم والثقافة العامة.
- تطوير اللغة الإنكليزية للطلبة من خلال تدريس أغلب موادهم الدراسية باللغة الإنكليزية.
- إكساب الطلبة المهارات التطبيقية والتجريبية من خلال التدريب في المختبرات العلمية.
- تعريف الطلبة بأحدث المستجدات في تقنيات علوم المختبرات الطبية وتقنيات زراعة الأنسجة والتكنولوجيا المنبثقة عنها.
- تطوير قابلية الطالب في البحث العلمي من خلال موضوعة مشروع بحث التخرج.
- تطوير قدرة الطلبة في التحليل والربط بين المعلومات والاستنتاج.
- تعزيز الروح العلمية في تفسير الظواهر والمناقشة والحوار.
- ترسيخ القناعة بتكامل العلوم وشموليتها وصولاً للحقيقة.
- العمل على صقل شخصية الطالب واكتشاف ميوله ومواهبه من خلال النشاطات اللاصفية.
- تعزيز روح العمل الجماعي من خلال اشتراك الطلبة في العمل المختبري أو إنجاز بحوث علمية مشتركة وبعض النشاطات الطلابية.
- ترسيخ قيم ومثل عليا منها احترام التعليمات والانضباط واحترام المؤسسة التي ينتمي إليها الطالب والمحافظة على ممتلكاتها.
- تعميق روح المواطنة وحب الوطن لدى الطلبة.
- تأهيل الطلبة وإكسابهم المهارات الضرورية للعمل في ميادين الحياة ومؤسسات الدولة والقطاع الخاص.
- احتضان المتميزين والمتفوقين من الطلبة وتحفيزهم وتشجيعهم من أجل أن يكونوا قادة علميين مستقبليين سواء كتدريسيين أو كباحثين.
Objectives:
Shatra Technical College is committed to achieving its mission by preparing highly qualified graduates equipped with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required in their respective fields of specialization. The College seeks to prepare graduates who are capable of serving effectively in government institutions, educational establishments, research centers, and organizations dedicated to community development. To achieve this mission, the College pursues the following objectives:
- Provide students with a strong foundation of knowledge in their respective fields of specialization.
- Broaden students’ intellectual horizons in science, culture, and general knowledge.
- Enhance students’ English language proficiency by delivering the majority of academic courses in English.
- Develop students’ practical and experimental skills through hands-on training in modern scientific laboratories.
- Familiarize students with the latest advances in Medical Laboratory Technologies, Tissue Culture Technologies, and related emerging technologies.
- Foster students’ research capabilities through the preparation and completion of graduation research projects.
- Strengthen students’ analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities by enabling them to integrate information and draw well-founded conclusions.
- Promote scientific thinking, constructive discussion, and evidence-based dialogue in interpreting scientific phenomena.
- Instill an appreciation for the integration and interconnectedness of scientific disciplines in the pursuit of knowledge and truth.
- Contribute to the development of students’ personalities by identifying and nurturing their talents and interests through academic and extracurricular activities.
